Do you really make everything yourselves?
Yes we do! All of our treats are baked by hand, by us in our little artisan bakery in west Wales. No factory machines here! And, every single recipe we use has been created by us too and perfected over time to provide a healthy, nutritious and fun treat for your dog, cat, horse, donkey or small pet.
How hard are the biscuits?
All of our biscuit treats have been thoroughly dried to ensure they last (as we never, ever use any preservatives in our products!). So, they are fairly crunchy in consistency. If your pet struggles with their teeth, you can always soak the biscuits in either oat milk or water to soften them up. All of our fresh cakes, including our birthday cakes are soft in texture and do require refrigeration.
Can my puppy eat your treats?
As all our treats are completely natural and 100% plant based, they are kind to younger tums in moderation. If you are ever unsure, always seek advice from your vet.
How much notice do you need to order a birthday cake?
We ask for at 10 days notice for any personalised items to be delivered as they are baked to order. But if you have left it a little late, please just get in touch. We can usually fit you in ;)
Do you post your items out?
Yes! We post all our items, including pet birthday cakes all over the UK.
Can I collect my order in store?
Absolutely. Just select 'collect in store' at checkout and pop what date you'd like to collect in the notes.

Can I bring my dog in? - Dogs are not just welcome here but positively encouraged!
I don't have a dog, can I still come in for coffee? - Yes absolutely! Everyone is welcome, pet owner or not.
Bet you don't do stuff for cats? - We do! We have a range of cat treats in the shop and online!
I bet your stuff is expensive? - Ummm, nope! We have treats from just £1 Puppuccinos are the cheapest in Pembs!!
Can I just come in for a drink? - Of course! We serve freshly brewed coffee, teas and a range of cold drinks - as well as DELICIOUS Hooman cake too.
Doesn't it just stink of dog food in your cafe!? - Nope! We are a 100% vegan pet bakery so it smells blummin' delicious in here.
My dog's crazy, I'd be too scared to bring him in! - We ask everyone to keep their pooches on a short lead so they are in control. But if you feel that nervous, please get in touch with us privately and we can arrange a quiet time for you to visit.
